Legal guarantee of conformity ( years)
As the seller, we are responsible for any lack of conformity that exists when the product is delivered and becomes apparent within years of delivery. This is a right given to consumers by law (in the EU, Directive (EU) 2019/771). It is free of charge and does not depend on any manufacturer warranty.
If a product is faulty, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced free of charge. If that is impossible, disproportionate or not done within a reasonable time, you can ask for a price reduction or a full refund.
Manufacturer warranty
Many products also come with a commercial warranty from their manufacturer (for example Apple, Samsung or Sony). Its terms are set out in the documentation in the box and on the manufacturer's website. You can use it in addition to, and without losing, your legal guarantee.
How to make a claim
- Contact us with your order number, a description of the fault and, if possible, a photo or video.
- We may suggest some quick checks or a software update, which often solves the problem.
- If the product needs to come back, we send you a free return label and repair, replace or refund it.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by accidents, drops, liquid (beyond the product's stated water resistance), misuse or unauthorised repairs.
- Normal wear and tear, such as cosmetic scratches or the gradual loss of battery capacity over time.
- Consumables such as e-bike and scooter tyres, brake pads and chains, when they wear through normal use.
