2. Who can buy
Our products are sold to consumers and businesses aged 18 or over, for delivery to the countries available at checkout. We sell in reasonable quantities for personal use and may decline orders that appear to be for resale.
3. Products and information
All products are new, genuine and supplied in their original packaging. We describe them as accurately as we can, using information from their manufacturers. Images are for illustration: colours can look slightly different on screen, and box contents follow the manufacturer's specification for your region.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in and include delivery. Where a price is shown next to a crossed-out price marked as the recommended retail price (RRP), the crossed-out price is the manufacturer's recommended price. Deliveries outside may be subject to import duties and local taxes, which are not included in the price (see Import duties and taxes).
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we will tell you before the contract is concluded and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
5. How the contract is made
- You choose products, enter your details and click Place order. This is an offer to buy.
- We send an email acknowledging that we received your order. This is not yet an acceptance.
- The contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance, at the latest when we send the shipping confirmation. If we cannot accept your order (for example because a product is no longer available), we tell you and refund any amount already paid.
The contract is in English. We keep a copy of the order and send you its details by email.
6. Payment
We accept . Payments are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card details. Your order is dispatched once payment has been received.
7. Delivery
We deliver with as described on our Shipping & delivery page. Risk of loss passes to you when you, or someone you name, take physical possession of the goods.
8. Returns and right of withdrawal
You can return products within days of delivery for a full refund, free of charge, as explained on the Returns & refunds page. This includes the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK, which you can exercise with the model form on that page or any clear statement.
9. Legal guarantee
We are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods under the legal guarantee described on our Warranty page. Manufacturer warranties apply in addition to this guarantee.
10. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer-protection and product-liability law.
11. Reviews
Customer reviews are published after moderation. We publish positive and negative reviews alike, provided they relate to the product and do not contain offensive, unlawful or personal content. A review is marked "Verified buyer" only when it was submitted with the email address of an order that contains that product. We do not pay for or write reviews.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of . If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first; we answer within two business days and do our best to solve the problem.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
