Giving us order details is necessary to buy: without them we cannot deliver. Everything else is optional.
3. Purchase notifications on the website
To show visitors that products are really being bought, the website may display a short notice such as "Someone in Milan, Italy bought …". It only uses the city and country of a recent order, never names, emails or full addresses, and cannot identify you.
4. Who receives your data
We share data only with providers that help us run the shop, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only for our instructions:
- our hosting and database providers;
- , to deliver your parcel and send you tracking updates;
- payment providers, to process payments and prevent fraud;
- our email provider, to send order confirmations, replies and (if you subscribed) the newsletter;
- tax advisers, auditors and authorities, when the law requires it;
- the advertising and analytics services listed in the Cookie policy, which act as independent or joint controllers for the measurement of our ads.
Some product images are loaded from the manufacturers' image servers (for example Apple, Samsung, Sony and other brands). When your browser loads these images, those servers receive your IP address as part of the normal technical request.
5. International transfers
When a provider or the delivery of your order involves a country outside the European Economic Area (for example, delivery to your country by ), we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the transfer being necessary to perform the contract with you.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent you gave (without affecting what we did before). The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to handle your order.

Our shop is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
